The Urban County Program requests that the County Commissioners Court rescind the action taken on March 2, 2010 on agenda item (#AI-20084), regarding the approval of County of Hidalgo Urban County Program - Disaster Recovery Program (DRP) Housing Guidelines.
BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program recommended the approval of the Housing Guidelines based on guidance provided by the Texas Department of Housing Community Affairs (TDHCA). We, however have asked for additional guidance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and are awaiting response.
