1.  Approval to accept the Cooperative Agreement award between Hidalgo County and the Executive Office of the President-Office of National Drug Control Policy for FY 2010 HIDTA Task Force Grant in the amount of $735,174.00.
2.  Approval of certification of revenues, as certified by the County for HIDTA Task Force Grant.

South Texas HIDTA McAllen Initiative (program 003):
1.  Approval of appropriation of funds for the South Texas HIDTA McAllen Initiative in the amount $685,705.00.
2.  Approval of revised salary schedule for the South Texas HIDTA McAllen Initiative.

Director's Administrative Support Element (program 016):
1.  Approval of appropriation of fund for the Director's Administrative Support Element in the amount of $49,469.00.
2.  Approval to create one (1) regular full-time Admistrative Assistant IV position, slot no. G001, grade level 10.
3.  Approval of salary schedule for the Director's Administrative Support Element.

Grant period: 01/01/2010 to 12/31/2011
Salary Schedule (budgeted salaries) changes for FY 2010 will be effective once the 2009 HITDA Grant (G09SS0002A) are exhausted.

Change of Status forms will be submitted accordingly after the FY 2009 HIDTA Grant funds are exhausted.
