Urban County Program on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 is requesting authority to purchase Public Services (General) Equipment for the public library through Hidalgo County’s membership and participation with TPSS-DIR, approved vendor INSIGHT Public Sector SLED (contract #DIR-SDD-223) in the amount of $12,380.00 (quote attached hereto) to include fees and discounts as requested by the City of Weslaco for the Public Library.  Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 UCP Year 22 (2009) Public Services (General) funds will be utilized.

The library equipment will be purchased to be placed at the public library computer commence area.  INSIGHT Public Sector SLED is an approved vendor through the TPSS-DIR, Contract #DIR-SDD-223.  Delivery is expected within 30 days from receipt of purchase order.
