Urban County Program on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 is requesting authority to purchase Public Services (General) Equipment for the public library through Hidalgo County’s membership and participation with TPSS-DIR, approved vendor CDWG (contract #DIR-SDD-673) in the amount of $498.26 (quote attached hereto) to include fees and discounts as requested by the City of Weslaco for the Public Library. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 UCP Year 22 (2009) Public Services (General) funds will be utilized.
BACKGROUND
The library equipment (an Electrol Projection Screen ) will be purchased to be placed at the public library computer commence area. CDWG is an approved vendor through the TPSS-DIR, Contract #DIR-SDD-673. Delivery is expected within 30 days from receipt of purchase order.
