1.  Requesting approval to reallocate surplus funds in the amount of $10,000 from the FY 03 CHDO Contract between Community Hope Projects, Inc. and the Urban County Program into the FY 03 HOME Owner Occupied Rehabilitation fund balance.

2.  Requesting approval to reallocate surplus funds in the amount of $12,862.72 from the FY 04 CHDO Contract between Housing Plus, Inc. and the Urban County Program into the FY 04 Owner Occupied Rehabilitation fund balance.

Community Hope Projects, Inc., now known as Spirit of Faith Housing, has completed construction of all units under the FY 03 contract.  Additionally, Housing Plus, Inc. has also completed construction of all units under the FY 04 contract.  A small surplus balance remains within each line item.  The Urban County Program respectfully requests that the funds in the amount of $22,862.72, be re-allocated into the Owner Occupied Rehabilitation fund balance in order to assist in the reconstruction of single-family residential units within the County of Hidalgo.
