a. Approval to delete one (1) regular full-time Chief Operations Manager position, slot no. 0089, budgeted salary $84,357.00.
b. Approval of revised salary schedule.

BACKGROUND

The transfer will allow employee to:
1.  Formally design and implement a comprehensive training program to assist county employees in enhancing their occupational skills within their respective departments
2.  Collaborate with the Office of Budget and Management to finalize the last phase of the Step and Pay Grade which reflects the four precincts
3.  Collaborate with H.R. Department to incorporate a Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
