a. Recommendation and action for Hidalgo County to exercise the "Notice Of Termination" as stated in the contract-page 4 of 13 as follows: "The contract may be terminated without cause upon thirty (30) day written notice by County" with "AAA Urgent Care Centers, LLC;
b.  Requesting authority to advertise with approval of specifications as attached hereto for "Request For Bids-Drug & Alcohol Testing For Hidalgo County Employees".

BACKGROUND

Current specifications are attached and will be forwarded to said department users for review for any possible modification to said specifications. Possible advertisement dates: Saturday-04/17/10 Saturday-04/24/10 Bid Opening Date: Wednesday-05/05/10
