3. Authority to negotiate a Professional Engineering Service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of _____________________ for the provision of engineering services for an Urban County Program -Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 Water/Sewer Improvements-Colonia Project.

The Water/Sewer Improvements Colonia Project includes providing first time sewer services for Colonia Saenz, Colonia De Anda and Perez Subdivision all located within Precinct No. 1 boundaries.  The three firms evaluated were Guzman & Muñoz Engineering & Surveying Inc., Sigler, Winston, Greenwood & Associates, and R.E. Garcia & Associates, were the three firms.   See attached grading grid for your review.
