Requesting approval to amend FY ‘09 Contract between the Urban County Program and Proyecto Azteca.
BACKGROUND
The UCP entered into contract with Proyecto Azteca on September 28, 2009 in the amount of $1,000,700. The purpose of this contract was to build twenty five (25) single-family homes. The contract currently allows for reimbursement of construction costs and soft costs, however Proyecto Azteca has determined that lot acquisition is also needed in some cases. This amendment will allow for the inclusion of lot acquisition as an approved activity under the FY 09 contract. The UCP recommends approval of this amendment.
