BACKGROUND

Notes:
1) The maintenance/service cost for the Records Management Software's first year is included with the purchase price of license of $24,108.45 and cost of the second and third years of the annual software maintenance agreement  is $3,041.10 per year;

2) Contract document reviewed as to form by legal counsel
