Noe Garza Engineers, Inc. has submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for the Parks, Recreational Facilities Project within the City of La Villa. Noe Garza Engineers, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioners' Court. Contract approval in the amount of $4,807.20.
