Consideration and approval of a Budget & Program Amendment to the Urban County Program City of Donna Fiscal Years 20 & 21 (2007 & 2008) CDBG work plans to re-allocate surplus funding from Water/Sewer Improvements line items to include an additional project activity.
BACKGROUND
The City of Donna is requesting approval of the Budget & Program Amendment for Program Years 20 & 21 (2007 & 2008). The Project will include the replacement of old clay sewer lines in the alley between Main St. and 8th St. (from Fordyce St. to Escobar St). See attached public hearing notice for project consideration. A public hearing was held on May 4, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met. (Letter of request from City of Donna is attached for your review.)
