Acceptance and approval of the following proposals received from Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. through Contract TXMAS-6-03FAC020 in connection to Old Administration Building Renovations and as recommended by Richard Sunday, Facilities Management:

a.  Sprinkler work for three (3) Elevator Control rooms in the amount of $2,995.36;
b.  Fire Alarm Design for 3rd Floor Finish Out in the amount of $900.00.
c.  Emergency Repairs for Old Administration Building's Fire Alarm System in the amount of $___________________ including, but not limited to, replacement of Fire Alarm Control Panel, Two (2) Annunciators and Five (5) Zone Card readers required and due to Red Tag Impaired Status issued by City of Edinburg Fire Marshal.
