Consideration and Approval of Budget & Program Amendment to the Urban County Program, City of Alamo Fiscal Years 20 & 22 (2007 & 2009) CDBG work plans to utilize surplus funding from Street Improvements line items to include an additional project activity.

BACKGROUND

The City of Alamo is requesting approval of the Budget & Program Amendment for Program Years 20 & 22 (2007 & 2009).  The project will include the purchase and installation of solar street lights along Duranta Avenue (from Tower Road to Alamo Road) and along Main Street Park (between 9th Street and 7th Place.). See attached public hearing notice for project consideration.  A public hearing was held on August 3, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met. (Letter of request from City of Alamo is attached for your review.)
