a.  Recommendation that negotiations with architectural firm of Alcocer Garcia Associates, Inc. (AGA) cease due to the time lapse (since original ranking approved in 2007) and restart process in connection with the design and construction of a building to house the Constable from Precinct #1;

b.  Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under Texas Local Government Code, 262.024 (a)(4), a professional service;

c.  Presentation of the scoring grid (for the purposes of ranking by CC) of at least three (3) firms evaluated and grade from the County approved "Pool" of architectural firms in connection with the design and construction of a Constable, Precinct #1 Building;
