BACKGROUND
UCP is requesting approval of Budget Amendment # 1 to the ORCA 2006 Colonia EDAP Grant # 726155 for the transfer of $130,600 from Line Item 17b Rehabilitation of Private Property to Line Item 1b Sewer Facilities.
The transfer is necessary due to the actual bid for Line Item 17b being lower and Line Item 1b being higher than the actual amount of the estimated cost. Therefore, we need to transfer the difference between line item activities.
