These families were approved to receive assistance under the HOME Homeowner Occupied Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners' Court on February 8, 2010 & March 12 & 30, 2010. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, September 1, 2010.
