BACKGROUND
Mr. Guerra instructed our investigator to make a last minute trip to Austin to file mandamus with the Texas Supreme Court. He could have stayed overnight and cost the county additional monies but decided to return the same day. By him returning on the same day he saved the county about $150.00. Our request is only for $30.00 for meals.
