a.   Review and recommendation to accept the sole response received from Montalvo Insurance as qualified to proceed to the next phase of the procurement process for: "Hidalgo County's Property & Casualty Insurance  Policies which includes TPA Services";

b.   Recommendation to accept "Premium Summary", award the proposal received from Montalvo Insurance for: Hidalgo County's Property & Casualty Insurance Policies which include TPA Services with authority to purchase said policies and services from the following companies, including, but not limited to the following: Chubb-Federal Ins.;Landmark American; Travelers-St. Paul; ACE American; Grupo Nacional Provincial; Illinois Union; Evanston Ins.; Certain Underwriters-Lloyds; Harleysville Mutual Ins. or, companies listed under ALTERNATE OFFER: One Beacon American Ins.; Great American and Travelers-St. Paul.
