b.  Status report (attached hereto) by Richard Sunday, Facilities Management, on Adm. Bldg.  general preparation/necessary projects requiring completion prior to commencement of general contractor renovations, including, but not limited to:
      1.  Asbestos Abatement through awarded vendor - R.L. Abatement, Inc.;
      2.  Elevator Modernization Project through awarded vendor - Thyssen Krupp;
      3.  Fire Alarm System Repair Project through awarded vendor - Firetrol;

c. Status report by project architect, Alcocer/Garcia Associates, Inc. on the (Renovation of first and Second Floors including South wing of Adm. Bldg. - 100 E. Cano, Edinburg, TX) plans and specifications of the projcet, with applicable action/approval including, but not limited to the following:
     1.  Proceed to advertise the project with the current approved plans/specifications;
     2.  Submission of timelines for project;
     3.  Other related issues
