a. Requesting approval of (Supplemental Agreement No. 1) submitted by S&B Infrastructure Ltd., to extend the current agreement till December 31, 2010 to complete (Scopes of Services) for on going Work Authorizations in connection with Contract #C-09-264-10-05 for professional engineering services" for: "Building Repairs and/or Renovations” (on an as needed basis) for County-Owned Buildings located within Precinct No. 4;

b.  Acceptance and approval of the following AMENDMENT #1 to WA #2  for Scope of Work to reflect the additions of: (a) Hot Checks, 3rd Floor West, Asst DA Eric’s Office and (b) W. Side Judge Homero Garza’s Office) at no additional cost in connection with Contract  #C-09-264-10-06-Prof Eng Svcs for: "Building Repairs and/or Renovations” (on an as needed basis) for County-Owned Buildings located within Precinct No. 4
