The City of San Juan requests approval from Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court to reject all bids submitted and re-advertise for the UCP YR 22 (2009) City of San Juan Public Facilities Improvements project consisting of the construction of the San Juan Public Library.
BACKGROUND
Upon determination made by the San Juan City Council and their architectural firm, V·A Architecture, the project will be re-advertised due to the construction bids received being higher than the projected cost estimate of construction.
