a.  Requesting the surplus of Lot 7, Amended  Eyhorn Landfill Subdivision #1 and Lot 7, Amended Eyhorn Landfill Subdivision #2 for the purpose of disposition through sale or exchange;

b.  Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 273, including, but not limited to:
     1.  Under 273.001 (a)- requesting authority to publish an AD for the Sale of the property described herein;
     2.  Under 273.001 (b)- requesting authority to sell the property described herein;

c.  Authority to request a fair market value appraisal for the property described as Lot 7, Amended Eyhorn Landfill Subdivision #1 and Lot 7, Amended Eyhorn Landfill Subdivision #2 through the Pct.'s current awarded firm in order for CC to set the minimum bid amount;

d.  Requesting approval of Work Authorization No. 5 with a proposed fee of $4,000.00 for the contract between  Hidalgo County and Leonel Garza Jr., in connection with appraisal services for the property described herein.
