a.  Status report submitted by Richard Sunday, Facilities Management, on the current on-going renovations to the third floor of the Adm. Bldg. including, but not limited to, specific preparation/necessary projects requiring completion prior to commencement of general contractor renovations, described as:
     1. Asbestos Abatement through awarded vendor - R.L. Abatement, Inc.;
     2. Elevator Modernization Project through awarded vendor - Thyssen Krupp; 
     3. Fire Alarm System Repair Project through awarded vendor - Firetrol;

b.  Status report by project architect, Alcocer/Garcia Associates, Inc. on the (Renovation of first and second floors-including South wing of Adm. Bldg. - 100 E. Cano, Edinburg, TX) plans and specifications of the project and discussions/meeting with Judge-elect on review of County Judge office areas with applicable action/approval including, but not limited to the following:
     1. Proposed date to submit final plans/specifications for CC approval; and, thereafter,
     2. Proceed to advertise the project with the approved plans/specifications;
     3. Submission of timelines for project;
     4. Other related issues
