Constable Pct. #4:
Presentation for discussion, consideration and approval of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Local, County, or State Law Enforcement Agency (Hidalgo County Constable, Precinct#4) for the Reimbursement of Joint Operations expenses from the Treasury Forfeiture Fund for overtime wages to be incurred by (2) employees #141275 and #180971.

BACKGROUND

The maximum reimbursement entitlement for Overtime worked on behalf of the joint investigation is set at $15,000.00 per officer per year.
 
Two employees (Employee#141275 and 180971)

Section V.4 states that Treasury Forfeiture Fund reimburses overtime salaries. 
**Benefits are not reimbursable.
This Agreement becomes effective on the date it is signed by both parties. It remains in force unless explicitly terminated, in writing by either party.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

Fringe benefit expenditures estimated in the amount of $5,301.00 will not be covered by grant (not reimburseable).
