BACKGROUND
Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, September 8, 2010, whereby Reyna Homes was the lowest bidder for Marta Melgoza and Edmundo Salazar family. However, due to the Contractors’ inability to obtain and provide performance bonds (a program requirement), the UCP Home Division is requesting cancellation of bids.
