Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 requests approval from Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with AGUA Special Utility District for the amount of $26,022.00.
BACKGROUND
This Interlocal Agreement will ensure CDBG pays AGUA Special Utility District for the construction and installation of water meters for six (6) lots in Vallejo Subdivision located on Volcano Road in Peñitas, Texas. A budget & program amendment was approved by Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court on November 9, 2010 to use Precinct No. 3 funds to install water meters and septic tanks in Vallejo Subdivision.
