As requested by CC on 12-07-10, presentation by current engaged firm-Burton, McCumber & Cortez to conduct the 2010 independent audit for Hidalgo County and report on the entrance meeting held with various County staff on Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010 to discuss the plan of action for said audit including, but not limited to the following and any action necessary for:
a.  Commencement date of audit;
b. Obligations on the part of BMC and Hidalgo County: Elected Offices, Programs, Agencies, and/or DD#1 (if applicable);
c.  Possible amendment to current engagement letter to change completion date from June 30, 2011 to May 31, 2011;
d.  Other related topics and concerns.
