a. Requesting approval of the sixty (60) day grace period extension as provided under current Contract #C-09-002-01-06 between Hidalgo County and Memorial Funeral Home so as to have no lapse in services while procurement process is completed;
b. Recommending to reject all bids received on RFB 2010-292-12-01-YZV for Hidalgo County - "Funeral and Burial Services for H.C. Qualified Indigent Families" with authority to re-advertise project with modified specifications including approval of procurement packet (i.e. specifications/requirements, legal notice, draft service contract, etc.) as attached hereto for: Hidalgo County Health Department - "Funeral & Burial Services for H. C. Qualified Indigent Families". RFB No. 2011-024.
