BACKGROUND
The Hidalgo County Urban County Program Annual Action Plan outlines the intended use of CDBG, HOME, and ESG Funds administered by the Hidalgo County Urban County Program. The original authorization was approved by Hidalgo County Commissioners’ Court on June 04, 1996.
