Requesting approval to Re-Authorize Urban County Program Director to sign and execute Loan Agreements, Rehabilitation Contracts, Promissory Notes, Release of Real Estate Liens on Property that have met the established Affordability Periods, and CHDO Agreements, as they relate to the HOME Program.
BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program is requesting that such authority be re-authorized to the Urban County Program Director in order to expedite the Housing Process and comply with applicable Federal Regulations.
