Requesting authorization to extend fiscal year agreement with the Advocacy Resource Center for Housing (ARCH) - ESG Program YR 22- (2009) until March 31, 2011. Their agreement will terminate on Dec. 31, 2010.
BACKGROUND
UCP is requesting authorization to amend the agreement between the Advocacy Resource Center for Housing and the Hidalgo County ESG Program-YR 22 (2009) until March 31, 2011. The Advocacy Resource Center has requested an extension of the agreement until March 31, 2011 to be able to expend all the funds for YR 22 (2009). The two year contract with HUD for YR 22 ends on June 30, 2011. We recommend approval.
The grant awarded to the Advocacy Resource Center for Housing in the amount of $64,390.00 will not change.
