a. Discussion and approval for Hidalgo County to exercise its option to suspend and/or terminate under the current awarded AIA B101 2007 Agreement (Article 9-Termination or Suspension) with DANNENBAUM ENGINEERING COMPANY, contracted architect for: "Building Repairs and/or Additions and Renovations to the W.I.C. Offices located (on the North Side of Richardson Road and East of Doolittle Road) within Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4" due to budget constraint notifications received and described by WIC director with authority for County to issue necessary notice to architect;

b. Authority to accept and approve invoicing for services rendered to date by Dannenbaum Engineering Company in connection with architectual services for the project as provided under AIA-B101-2007 subject to processing and auditing procedures by County Auditor with authority for County Treasurer to issue payment;

c. Discussion and action to cease contract negotiations with the #1 ranked firm for "Professional Geo-Technical Engineering Services" - L&G ENGINEERING LABORATORY (approved by CC on 12/07/10) in connection to services required by project Architect (DEC) for: "Building Repairs and/or Additions and Renovations to the W.I.C. Offices located (on the North Side of Richardson Road and East of Doolittle Road) within Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4" due to same budgetary constraint sited above; 

d. Discussion and action to cease contract negotiations with the #1 ranked and selected firm for "Professional Surveying Services" with: DOS LAND SURVEYING (approved by CC on 12/07/10) in connection to services required by project Architect (DEC) for: "Building Repairs and/or Additions and Renovations to the W.I.C. Offices located (on the North Side of Richardson Road and East of Doolittle Road) within Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4" due to the same budgetary constraints sited above;
