Acceptance and approval of the Statements of Qualifications received (attached herein) in response to Hidalgo County's Request for Qualifications for establishment of a pre-qualified "POOL" of Professional Appraisers for engagement through the establishment statutory and local protocol (i.e.-nomination by user dept., ranking by cc, negotiation of an agreement, etc.) on an "As Needed Basis" per project by all County Departments and/or applicable Programs requiring said services set forth in the RFQ packet for: "Real Estate Appraisers Services". (RFQ No.: 2011-003-02-02-SMA with term of this pool: February 9, 2011 thru February 8, 2012.
BACKGROUND
This is a Countywide project and funding would need to be available and budgeted by user department. Pool of Professional Real Estate Appraisers Services will include all funding sources (ie. R&B, CIP, CAP General Fund, all grants, etc.) from all County Departments, programs and entities.
