Approval of a Resolution authorizing approval and submittal of the substantial amendment to the 2010 Hidalgo County Urban County Program One-Year Action Plan to include Round 3 of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP3) funding for fiscal year 2010 to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and authorize the County Judge as the Chief Executive Officer to act in all matters in connection with this grant.

The Urban County Program is requesting authorization to submit the NSP3 substantial amendment plan for Year 2010 to HUD. The action plan budget amendment is as follows:

Planning and General Administration            $   171,692 
Purchase/Rehabilitation/Re-sell                    $   429,232 (25% for below 50% AMI)
Purchase/Rehabilitation/Re-sell                    $1,116,000 (below 120% AMI)
