BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held March 30, 2011 and the bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements is Tropical Contracting, LLC. The project involves drainage structure improvements for the Delta Area Outfall System. Please see attached recommendation by the project engineer (Dos Logistics, Inc.).
