CAPTION
Urban County Program is requesting approval of a program amendment for the City of Alamo, Urban County Program Year 22 (2009). The program amendment will include three (3) new streets for improvements.
BACKGROUND
The proposed amendment for the City of Alamo will affect the existing work plan in Year 23 (2010). A Public Hearing was held on April 12, 2011 at 6:00 pm. and citizen participation requirements have been met. (See attached detailed public hearing notice.) The proposed program amendment will allow for the inclusion of three (3) new streets: Birch Street (from 9th - 10th), Citrus Street (from 10th - Alamo Rd.) and Stensbo Street (from 10th - Alamo Rd.) all of which are located within the same general vicinity of the existing project location: North 10th Street (from Duranta Ave. to Birch Street.) (Letter of request from the City of Alamo is also attached.)
