Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. has submitted a best and final offer for Material Testing services for the Street Improvements project for Shelby Avenue, in Progreso, Texas. Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. was the hightest rated firm by Commissioner's Court. Contract approval in the amount of $3,845.33 is being requested. See attached scope of services and best and final offer letter.
