a. Report from Hidalgo County's Department of Budget and Management regarding funding for the Design and Construction of an additional administration building on the county-owned site, fka, Robert's Chevrolet;
b. Status and applicable action on the design and construction of an additional administration building for departments currently housed at the Mediplex Facility and/or others as may be needed at the site fka, Robert's Chevrolet;
1. Architectural firm of ERO ranked by CC and Purchasing currently finalizing an AIA form of Agreement to design and constuct an additional administration building on Cuonty-owned property;
2. Report by ERO on information required from CC in order to commence the conceptual and/or design phase of the project;
c. Status of the current on-going renovations/remodeling of the administration building located at 100 E. Cano, Edinburg, Texas.
