BACKGROUND
The Accountant IV position is being created based on the needs of the department. This position is not being created at an entry level because the department is in need for a higher qualified accountant with at least three to five (3-5) years of governmental accounting experience. The position will require an Accountant with knowledge of the agency’s fiscal program; of governmental accounting; policies, and procedures; and of laws and regulations pertaining to financial operations.
