available balance as of 05/26/11.Cost estimate from Texas Eastern is for $85,000.00 for pipeline alteration.
County will reimburse Texas Eastern for all direct and indirect "actual" costs. County agrees to prepay $25,000.00 prior to the commencement of the Pipeline adjustment.
Failure to any invoice will result in interest charged to the invoice.
