BACKGROUND
The Texas Narcotic Officers Association (TNOA) has no political affiliation. Training and continuing narcotic enforcement education is primary purpose of TNOA. TNOA's meetings are held for the purpose of exchanging information, discussing problems inherent to narcotic enforcement by sharing new techniques being utilized by both officers and suspects, and recognized deficiencies in the existing laws as they pertain to narcotic enforcement the enforcement of drug-relates laws in the State of Texas
