BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners' Court on March 30, 2011 and May 31, 2011. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, June 22, 2011.
