Recommendation to cease contract negotiations with the #1 ranked and selected firms for professional engineering services with "L & G Engineering" for (Construction Material Testing) and "Dos Logistics Inc" (General Engineering Svc) respectively (approved for negotitations by CC on 06/03/11), in connection with the:Design and Construction of New Office Bldg. for Precinct 4", inasmuch as both firms currently are contracted to provide same services through their "on-call" agreements (Contract-C-11-155-05-31-Dos Logistics, Inc. & C-11-062-04-12-L&G Engineering Laboratory, LLC-CMT) including the cancellation of the process to select engineers to provide same services.
