BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners' Court on May 31, 2011 and June 28, 2011. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, August 10, 2011.
