FY 2011 Jag grant (1282):
1. Approval to accept the FY 11 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant award (JAG) in the amount of $85,520.00.
2. Approval of Certification of Revenues as certified by the County Auditor for the FY 11 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant award (JAG).
3. Approval of 2011 appropriation of funds for the FY 11 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) in the amount of $85,520.00 (1282).
4. Approval of Salary Schedule.

FY 11 Jag funds will cover salaries, fringe benefits, and other allowances (Bailiff and Court Coordinator - Auxiliary Court) for approximately 8.63 months (January 2012 - September 2012).

The award should be signed by the authorized grantee official (County Judge). The authorized grantee official should also initial each page of Special Conditions (bottom right corner). Both the Award document and special conditions should be sent to the Office of Justice Programs Control Desk via email (acceptance@usdoj.gov) or by fax to 202-354-4081 or 866-388-3055.
