BACKGROUND
Raba-Kistner Consulting, Inc. has submitted a best and final offer for material testing services required for Street Improvements to Minerva Street, Abram Road, and Bentsen Palm Drive in the City of Palmview. Raba-Kistner Consulting, Inc. was the highest rated firm by Commissioners' Court on July 26th 2011. Contract approval in the amount of 13,398.28 is being requested. See attached scope of services.
