The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Sullivan City is requesting cancellation of a professional service contract with Dannenbaum Engineering Company in the amount of $13,342.80 utilizing FY 17 (2004) Urban County funds.
BACKGROUND
Sullivan City has requested to cancel the professional engineering service contract with Dannenbaum Engineering Company for the street improvements to Olga Street. The preliminary phase has been completed 100% and completed 90% of the design phase. However, the city has opted to not complete the project and has reimbursed Hidalgo County Urban County Program all reimbursements to Dannenbaum Engineering Company. Please see attached letter of concurrence from Dannenbaum Engineering agreeing to contract cancellation as well as copies of the reimbursement checks paid to Dannenbaum by Urban County Program on behalf of Sullivan City.
