Consideration and Approval to submit Amendment Request No. 5 (Performance Statement and Budget Amendments) to the General Land Office (GLO) Contract No. 10-5066-000-5043 (formerly known as TDRA Disaster Recovery Program, Contract No. DRS010068). The proposed Performance Statement Amendment will include: (1) changes made to projects (Trenton Drain, Minnesota Drain and Catarina Subdivision) to reflect modifications/change orders necessary to meet project specifications, and (2) deletion of Phases II & III from the Trenton Drain Project. The Budget Amendment will allow the transfer of funds from line items to allow additional funding needed for engineering and construction costs.

BACKGROUND

Urban County Program is requesting approval to submit the proposed Amendment No. 5 to make necessary changes to the performance statement. Due to inflated cost of specific materials intended for use on projects, the GLO office requires an amendment and change order requests to be submitted for approval before proceeding with construction of project(s). A budget amendment will be required for the transfer of funds from line item(s) for additional funding needed for costs associated with Pct. 1 Catarina Subdivision and Pct. 2 Street Improvements Projects.
