1.  Authorization and approval to accept  Supplement No. 3 in the amount of $1,165.00 and Supplement No. 4 in the amount of $1,917.00 under the Cooperative Grant Agreement Award no. G10SS0002A between Hidalgo County and the Executive Office of the President - Office of National Drug Control Policy for the total award of $735,174.00

2.  Approval of certification of revenues, as certified by the County Auditor for the HIDTA Task Force Grant.

3.  Approval of appropriation of funds in the amount of $3,082.00. (Account No. 1-1291-412-00-270-003-0-XXX)

1.  On 03/30/2010, County Commissioners' Court approved the 2010 HIDTA Grant Award#G10SS0002A for the amount of $735,174.00.

2.  On 12/13/2010, County Commissioners' Court approved the Award#G10SS0002A Modification #1 in the amount of $1,165.00 for the 2010 HIDTA Grant (Refer to AI-24319), reducing the award to $734,009.00. These modifications were to cover the cost for a security clearance on Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force employee(s).

3.  On 05/17/2011, Commissioners' Court approved the Award#G10SS0002A Modification #2 in the amount of $1,917.00 for the 2010 HIDTA Grant (Refer to AI-26530), reducing the award to $732,092.00. These modifications were to cover the cost for a security clearance on Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force employee(s).

Please Note:  These supplements (No. 3 & 4) being proposed are to reverse the reductions on grant #G10SS0002A covering the cost for security clearance on Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force employees (AI-26530 $1,917.00 and AI-24319 $1,165.00)  -  ONDCP will cover this cost.
